Silk Degrees is committed to ensuring the security of your personal

ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise specified by you,
the customer. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 days. If there is any
problem, we will notify you of the delay. Please include a complete street
address as UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Normal ground shipping time is
5-7 working days as published by UPS. Additional charges for insurance may
apply if your order totals over $100.00. We will notify you by email (if you
provide us one) your UPS tracking number.
Billing Policy
We accept all major credit cards approved by PayPal. All prices and figures
are listed in US Dollars.
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. You may return merchandise
within 10 days after receipt by notifying us that you wish to return it. We
will issue you a return authorization number (RMA) that you will need to put
on the outside of your package. You are responsible for all return shipping
charges and the RMA # must appear on the package. We will arrange for credit
will be issued to your account after we have received the merchandise.
Any claims for damaged merchandise must be made to UPS for reimbursement.
Account policy
Silk Degrees reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts
provided at silkdegrees.com without a notice if user has provided wrong
information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has
been inactive for more than 60 days.
